Index Property Information are looking for a new search team member to join our growing business providing conveyancing searches to the legal profession. The individual we require will need to be flexible and able to work a minimum 3 days per week currently with a view to increasing this to full time (5 days).
The role involves the interrogation and recording of data from local councils records, planning and preparation for your day out searching, liaising with Index admin team and the teams/individuals within the council departments. The ability to work alone and write clear and concise notes is paramount.
Home and office based, the applicant must have their own vehicle for travel to initial training and appointments. We would also ask that you hold a current and clean driving licence due to the amount of driving required and have a knowledge of Lincolnshire and wider area.
