- Percy Sills Football Competition 2011
With a strength of around 400 we are the second largest Branch in South Yorkshire.
Our progressive, committed Committee organise a wide range of
social events throughout the year and as a Branch we are very
much welfare focused.
The home of the Doncaster Branch of NARPO.
The 2011 Percy Sills Trophy five-a-side competition has taken
place at the Dome Doncaster involving both retired and serving
officers followed by pie and peas and reunion at Cub 39.
With no serious injuries to report a great night was had by all and
for the record Edlington were worthy winners in spite of the fact
that the random team draw saw some of the young guns playing
together.
Were the less young players bitter?
You bet! Wait until next year...................
