With a strength of around 400 we are the second largest Branch in South Yorkshire.

Our progressive, committed Committee organise a wide range of
social events throughout the year and as a Branch we are very
 much welfare focused.



The home of the Doncaster Branch of NARPO.

Friday 29th January saw another thrilling quiz evening at Club 39
 with more than 80 people and seventeen teams competing for
two quiz trophies.


The winners of the NARPO Challenge Trophy were the 'PARKERS' captained
 by Doncaster branch member Martyn Oxley along with his wife Jen and team
 members Sarah and Colin Stokes.

This is the second year running that Martyn's team has won this trophy.

This was a joint quiz night with the main trophy the Friends of Sandall Park Quiz
Trophy up for grabs. The evening raised £292 for the charity.

Organiser Don Crabtree said: "This was a cracking evening and with a full house
there was a great atmosphere at Club 39. Club 39 lends itself to this type of
quiz - it is all films, pictures, faces and places so the facilities are spot on.
We've already had bookings for next years quiz night!"
