enjoyed the usual meal, with 
drinks and wine at very reasonable
prices. 
The only time the conversation
level drops all night is during the
speeches which the Secretary
endeavors to keep short and to
the point, so that the members
can continue to renew old

collectors item as it represents a
Police Force that went out of
existence 42 years ago!

With the changing profile of the
Association, ties rapidly
disappearing as a fashion item 
and being impracticable for ladies
it begs the question - is it time to
modernise?
